Our Chef team, Jeames Offer, Marcus Oakley and apprentice Cody Lucas are continually investigating new ways to offer top quality, high value, tasty meals for Customers to enjoy in the various environments at the White Hart.

Frank & Jenny have been in hospitality since 1980, with Frank enjoying chatting and socialising with people – sport is his favourite, especially footy(used to play for Melbourne), while Jenny loves the buzz of hospitality and meeting people.
Our Bistro is open 7 days for lunches and dinner, along with the Bar, Bottleshop, Function Room, Accommodation and drive through Parma's (phone to order before pick up in the bottleshop at arranged time).
